Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we, unfortunately, cannot offer a refund or an
exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
The return of certain types of goods is not permitted. Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, newspapers, or
magazines, cannot be returned. Likewise, we do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or substances, nor flammable liquids or gases.
Other items that cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software
* Some health and personal care products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
In certain cases, only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Books showing obvious signs of use
* CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio cassettes, or vinyl records that have been opened.
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item returned more than 30 days after its delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund is approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and your credit card or original method of payment will automatically be credited within a
few days.
Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing delay before a refund is posted.

Sale or promotional items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to exchange yours for the same item, email us at kocryan2005@gmail.com and send your item to: 2 route de merten, CREUTZWALD, moselle, 57150, France.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value
of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to them, and they will know that you returned their gift.
Shipping
To return your product, you must send it to the following postal address: 2 route de merten, CREUTZWALD, moselle, 57150, France.
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost
of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping
insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
